INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
1 kg Nabil’s Rice Kubbeh
1 cup potatoes, chopped
1 cup zucchini, chopped
1 cup carrots, chopped
6 cups of water
1 tablespoon dry mint
Salt and Pepper
Heat the tomato sauce that comes with Nabil’s Rice Kubbeh in a saucepan with a little oil for two minutes.
Boil the rest of the vegetables, dry mint, and pepper, in water before the Kubbeh.
Add the kubbeh and cook for half an hour and serve.
