Spicy Chicken Fillet and Rice With Arabic Flavor from Nabil

Grill Nabil’s Spicy Chicken Fillets in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes in a saucepan.
Add vegetable oil, Masala spices and cloves to the saucepan and simmer over low heat until heated.
Add the washed rice and stir with the spices.
Add boiled water, according to the ingredients, then add a few drops of orange food coloring to the rice and leave it on low heat until the rice is cooked.
When rice is cooked,stir it well and put it in a serving plate.
Cut the spicy chicken fillet and arrange it on top of the rice, add the hot sauce and serve.
