Heat some oil in a pan then add Nabil’s Kubbeh Toast.
Grill it for four minutes on each side, while oiling it during grilling to moisturize it and give it a beautiful color.
Set the grilled Kubbeh aside.
Layout the toast bread then add a layer of Ketchup and mayonnaise, lettuce and pickles.
Spread the toast bread and add the mayonnaise and ketchup with lettuce and pickles, then add the kubbeh from Nabil on one piece of toast and cover it with the second piece of bread.
Press the sandwich by hand then cut it in half and serve .
