Take the stuffed chicken out and leave it aside for an hour.
Place the chicken while keeping it in the closed roasting bag on the oven tray and roast it for an hour and 45 minutes.
Before the chicken get cooked a quarter of an hour, grill mosul kubbeh it in non-stick frying pan with adding a spoonful of oil and stir until all cooked on both sides.
Take the chicken out of the oven, remove the roasting bag and put it on the serving platter.
Cut Nabil’s Mosul Kubbeh into pieces and serve it with the chicken.
